Boingy boingy

a poem by Vi

When the sun comes up
and it's in our alley

I'm gonna grab it
and get a ride up.

I'll buy a trampoline
so when I come back down
I'll have a safety feature

And then I'll bounce back up.
Boingy, boingy, boingy.

As someone who love the warmth of the sun, the way it brightens my day and cheers me up, I find this a great poem!

I hope Vi will always be creative and expressive.

Way to go, Vi!

I can just feel the bouncy ride to the sun in Vi's boingy boingy. Good poem, Vi. I like that you take the time to look at your alley world and want to be a part of it.

I love how her practical side comes out when she writes about "a safety feature". It sounds like she has been taught well.

What a sweet poem, filled with lots of love and a sense of security about the world. Hugs to both of you! :-)

Love the boingy...boingy...boingy. Already using onomatopoeia at her age. Incredible.

I love that word! Boing, boing. It reminds me of Saturday morning cartoons!

Stay cozy.

I adore children's poetry... which is why I love working with little kids.

What a sweetheart .
Her poem is amazing, and the thought connections prove she has a great eye for detail.
Keep it up ViMae. :-)
