I think that guy's been here before

I was reading the estimate for our new roof, when I came upon this line among the responsibilities of the construction company:

"We will provide a dumster."

I'm pretty sure we've had a dumster or two here before, as part of a painting crew or a tree-trimming crew. And then there was a guy I worked for....

It's all part of the "dumming" down of America.

I probably shouldn't admit this, but it took me two or three reads of this little post before I figured out why it was funny. In my defense, the kids did wake me up before 5:30 this morning.....

So you'll have a dumster. But what will they do with the trash?

I hope he is a better roofer than a speller:)

My husband and I almost bought a house last month but declined after learning it needed a new roof. I was worried about the cost. I hadn't even considered the possibility of bad spelling. Disaster averted!
