A baker in the family

A certain family member has become a great baker. She has involved herself in a baking challenge, and here is her blog.

Her blog is written in a language that is totally foreign to me! The one thing I do understand is that it is named for In the Night Kitchen, which happens to be a favorite of our grandson. :-)

If you are a baker, especially a bread baker, enjoy!

Well, I have to be totally honest with you. I hate to cook, I hate to bake and I hate the kitchen! Her blog looks wonderful and I can almost smell the awesome bread, but I don't cook unless I absolutely have to!

I do LOVE to eat though. Man would I love to have a chef!

He-he-he...you don't understand her language because it involves measurements and french titles and riddles about yeast? Yeah, me too. But I appreciate you sharing. I'll keep an eye on her in case she decides to do something with chocolate!

Loved the trip over to her blog. I was excited because she didn't leave you thinking this is too easy, rather she gave you pointers as to how to handle a challenge, and why the challenge might be. She is a good writer.
Thanks for sharing.
Told her problem was, you couldn't sample.

I love home made bread but I've never made it--I odd is that?

My recliner isn't new and not too comfortable but it sure is easier to breath in it than laying down in the bed. Hope you all are OK and are having a nice time in your future.

Yesterday. Remember? Today was your future.

My dad bakes huge amounts of bread! He would probably like the site!

Thanks - I'll pass it along to my husband who is the bread baker in the family. I just noticed you live in St. Paul - we moved from Prior Lake about 16 months ago!

I like to bake. Unfortunately, I like to eat what I bake. All of it. It's not pretty.
