Wednesday's Word: "Grilled"

Lisa over at Grandma's Briefs is featuring me today as part of her series of "Grilled Grandmas." Nothing painful; I just answered a few questions about--well, you know, being a grandma. She and I would both enjoy having you drop in at her place, and I did try to say some things I haven't already said here.

My hubby's grandma became senile, and at least once she hung her panties to dry in the front window of their home. Every time I see Lisa's blog header I'm reminded of that story, but Lisa seems quite sound of mind. Really. Would I lead you astray?

Panties hanging in the window? That's worth going over to Lisa's to see her blog header. :)

I'm happy to know I at least come across as sound of mind -- despite the line o' panties! :o)

I was honored to feature you on my blog. Thank you so much for allowing me to grill you!

First of all that blog header is HYSTERICAL!!! I just know that day is coming in my life where I hang all of my underwear in the window. Oh well. At least they'll be pretty!

I loved the "grilling"! I have always thought your grandchildren have the sweetest names. If your granddaughter doesn't grow up to make fantastic sweet tea and mouth-watering grits, I'm going to be so disappointed.

I 100% agree with you about the connections thing. My mom is a psychologist and she always said that is one of the most important things you can do to teach a child. They are so lucky to have you all in their lives! However, there wasn't any mention in that article about spoiling them. You DO spoil them, right? I mean it's in your job description...
