I like how you described them as seductive. We had cold weather last night. I had to get out the down comforters. I guess the fall season has shifted into a cold snap in our part of the country. I'm tearing out the last of my tomatoes and planting the broccoli. Wish we had the fall colors that you do. The hillsides are brown now, but with winter rains they will turn a bright green and that's about all the color change we get. Enjoy your iced tea. I'm having some iced coffee right now. I am not sure the colors are going to be fantastic like the DNR says, there is some color but certainly not like some years...at least not in this area of Minnesota. Maybe like you said Fall is late! It is lovely here in Holland this year and I've just put to bed my summer blog book, Holland Summer. Gorgeous flowers this year with all the sunny days. Unusual for here. Enno and I are closing the garden, too. We want it completely winterized before we leave for Texas in November.
